Class H Septic Inspections
Septic inspection includes the pumping of a 1000 gallon septic tank, the paperwork required for real estate transactions and DNREC. Please note, the cost of a septic inspection is based on location.

If a permit is not available, time and labor will be added to the cost after the first hour of service. This will be an additional $150.00 per hour. The inspector will check the integrity of the components and the function of the drainfield. We will provide a report to the requestor and DNREC within 72 hours of the inspection by email. Class I Septic Inspections
We are licensed to perform Class I inspections for gravity septic systems. The septic system installer should contact us to schedule the inspection.
Operation & Maintenance Inspections for Peat Filter Septic Systems
We provide Operation and Maintenance Contracts for Puraflo Peat Filter Septic Systems. The contract is for two years, it includes two inspections and the required paperwork for DNREC. If you are interested, please call the office for pricing and contract information.
